Like many folks living up north I came to Florida to retire and enjoy my golden years.

Florida is called heaven’s waiting room for a reason, one is surrounded by old people here. And while I have nothing against old people, they can be annoying, all they want to do is talk about their physical complaints, restaurants they have gone to for the early bird specials, and their grandchildren. And let’s not talk about how they drive

What else about Florida do I detest – there are sooo many nut cases here, people who have sex with dogs, drive you off the road because you are driving too slow on the highway, and enjoy shooting gators. It is full of there snow birders who have more money than is reasonable, drive Teslas and have a sense of entitlement. While Florida is known for its nature, very little is done by the government to actually preserve the natural environment.

Bottom line, I can’t wait to get the hell out of the sunshine state, after all the sun shines everywhere
