While you may object to the language, the message is clear and indisputable. While women in western cultures tend to fare better, here in the US we are witnessing a daily erosions of women’s rights. Books by feminist authors such as Margaret Atwood are banned, abortion is damn hard to get, women are demoted in the military and rape victims are often victimized by the legal system. Domestic violence is on the raise and wages for women continue to be significant lower than their male counterparts. Unlike other developed countries we still cannot get a woman elected as president. And women who speak out are insulted in a most vulgar manner.
