surround yourself with positive people

When I was moving from my condo in Ft Myers, I had an inspector come out. Before he arrived my realtor called me to let me know he would be late, adding that he was going thru a lot having just been diagnosed with cancer. After he completed the inspection, I asked him how he was doing, adding that I was told about his cancer diagnosis. We chatted for a while and I gave him a bag of chopped walnuts, telling him that walnuts have anti-cancer properties. I suggested ways he could incorporate walnuts when cooking. He returned to my condo a dew weeks later to check to see if the suggested repairs were completed. He immediately shared with me that he was now cancer free. He further talked about how the diagnosis had been a wake up call for him and that he realized he was a giver and many folks in his inner circle were takers. He added that he learned to limit their influence on his life.

All this is to say that it probably is worth considering the influence friends and family have over your well-being. Do interactions with them leave you drained, anxious more stressed. I suggest limiting their influence on your life. If someone is going on and on about negative crap during your phone conversations, maybe you can politely say, nature calls, and hang up
